PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES

MUM AND BABY YOGA CLASSES

Please message me if you are interested

• All classes are £7.00 per session (you pay per class - there's no need to pay for a block of classes). 
• Classes are small and cater for all levels, including beginners.
• I can integrate chair yoga into the classes if necessary for anyone with mobility or balance issues.
  
• ​Yoga is not competitive either with yourself or others. You work at the level most comfortable to you.
  
• Feel free to bring your own mat but if not I have mats, blocks and belts for you to use.
• Wear some comfortable clothing, ideally in layers so you can take off and put back on as needed.
  
• A blanket or warm top is good to bring along for the relaxation at the end.
